OUR PROCESS
STAGE 1 – SPECIFICATIONS AND QUOTATION
Our process starts with a conversation with you to understand your design and cost considerations. If you have a designer, we can work from your drawings or schemes.
Within a few days this is followed up with a summary of our discussions, an initial design scheme and a preliminary quotation for your review.
With our GRAPHENE partnership, our teams work together to handle every part of your project, from designing and building, to decorative finishing and installation of bespoke joinery and furniture.
STAGE 2 – DEPOSIT FOLLOWED BY PRODUCTION DRAWINGS
When you are ready to proceed, we narrow down your preferred finishes and accessories to firm up our quotation. Our speciality is in integrating different finishes, for example wood with metal trims, stone tops, and glass features.
Following payment of a deposit, we produce detailed production drawings using SketchUp and provide sample finishes for approval. At this stage, we mutually agree to a production, fitting and staged payment schedule.
STAGE 3 – PREPARATION, INSTALLATION AND COMPLETION
Before production, we do a site survey to check all our indicative measurements. After sourcing all materials and components from reputable suppliers, we gather everything and assemble your project in our workshop space. Parts are sent for spraying or painted by hand so minimal disruption happens during installation.
When onsite, we take care to respect a client’s home and treat it like it is our own.
